1969 VW Beetle
Patrick Friel
My 1969 VW Beetle was a project race car being built by a world renowned VW drag racer. After his untimely passing, we purchased the car and returned it to a street car and added some Cal Look touches with the help of many great quality parts from JBugs!
This Bug was "reborn" into this CalLooker by father/son team, Patrick and Liam Friel. Bright Porsche Red paint, color matches 8-spoke wheels, custom tan interior, all new carpet and padding and headliner and bits from JBugs. The Friel built engine is as nice as the exterior and interior.
It is a show car, driver, and has made passes on the drag strip!
